The Falls Whiskey Club

My name is Will Murphy, and I'm the General Manager of The Falls. 

One of my favorite aspects of the restaurant is our whiskey program. I am exceedingly proud of the whiskey culture we have developed, and I look forward to continuing to create unique and memorable whiskey experiences.

When we set out to create our whiskey program, we wanted it to be more than just a drink. We wanted it to be an experience. That's why we flew out to Kentucky and personally crafted our unique bourbon at the Maker's Mark Distillery in Loretto. Our private selection, Maker's Mark "Three Kentucky Summers," is a testament to our passion and dedication. It has an initial heat, a smooth butterscotch mouthfeel, and that soothing alcohol finish. It's a whiskey that we can't wait for you to experience. 

In July, we marked the exclusive release of this whiskey with a special five-course dinner featuring ingredients fresh from Star Hill Farm, Maker's Mark's working farm, expertly paired with a different Maker's Mark expression, including our private selection, "Three Kentucky Summers."
