Our Story

We have loved preparing and serving barbecue cuisine here over the last five years, and are deeply appreciative of those who patronized Liberty Barbecue. Over time, our restaurant group decided to expand and refine what’s been offered at this location and thus “THE FALLS” was born. Our team embarked on a restaurant rebranding which includes a refreshed and renovated interior, and broader food and beverage offerings, with an emphasis on regionally sourced seasonal ingredients. Our ultimate goal is to offer guests of The Falls an authentic combination of quality, variety and value in a friendly and comfortable ambiance. Welcome to The Falls!
